Custom Case for Wall & Flooring Industry

At Custom Case Company, we are proud to provide custom manufactured soft and hard cases for our valued customers. We were contacted by a wall and flooring company to create platinum kits with a custom lid inserts. Using 600 x 300 denier canvas for the outside and 70 denier nylon for the inside, our technicians fabricated these kits with a foam insert that maintained a tolerance of 1/8″. Each kit was equipped with a molded handle, shoulder strap, sewn-in lid stays, and rubber non-slip feet on the bottom. An embroidered logo was applied to every finished kit, along with an additional logo within the design for a specialty touch. We manufactured 500 of these cases and shipped them to a Florida distribution center. The kits were mailed according to a flexible shipping schedule to match our client’s requirements, with the project completed in its entirety in 2 to 4 weeks.
