Wall & Flooring Industry

A wall and flooring company contacted us to make platinum kits with custom lid inserts. Our technicians fabricated the kits, each of which had a molded handle, shoulder strap, sewn-in lid stays, and rubber non-slip feet.

Lighting Industry

We engineer custom lighting cases specifically designed to protect fragile parts. Our customers have used our cases to transport fixtures of all kinds, from small LED kitchen lights to large overhead streetlights. The cases may be outfitted with compartments for power supplies and cords, as well as marketing brochures, instructions, licensing, and other literature.

Exhibit Builders

An exhibit builder contracted us to take on a project involving a large trunk-style case, which required aluminum trim, large recessed latches, and casters. We visually inspected the case throughout the production process and delivered three cases to the client in Chicago with a four day turnaround time.

Medical Instrument Gauges

A client in the medical industry contacted us in need of cases to carry instruments, skeletons, and disarticulated bones. We manufactured the cases from plywood covered in vinyl. The case was made to a precision tolerance of ±1/8″. We now manufacture and deliver these specialty cases to medical clients across the United States, and we can deliver orders of up to 250 cases in less than four weeks.
